Product DescriptionOur COMSA shots produce a rich, beany Central American body with nutty toffee tones and thick pudding-like crema. Roasted with a special technique to enhance the viscosity of the shot, this roast is assertive enough to cut through the dairy and offer some body to milk based drinks. SOE ristretto shots are interesting, but we really love a Cortado with velvety, luscious microfoam!
Single-origin coffee, Fair Trade Organic, Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, Caturra, and Pacas varietals, washed process, solar and mechanical drying, 1300-1700m, Full City Roast (profiled for espresso extraction).
Preparation: This roast is intended for espresso extraction. Recommended starting extraction parameters - 202F, 16.5g in/2 oz out in 25 seconds.
