Immersion brewing methods bring out a fuller body with natural sweetness and spice tones in the finish. Light City roast.
Single-origin coffee grown by smallholder farmers in the Yirgacheffe district of the Gedeo zone, indigenous heirloom cultivars, dried on raised beds, 1950-2250m.
