Product DescriptionThis is not your standard fruity natural. Instead, it's a clean structured cup with light acidity, black tea-like body and loads of floral flavors ranging from heavy rose to lighter hibiscus. This outstanding natural drinks much more like a very high grown washed bean. City roast.
This lot was grown by 28 smallholder farmers from Finca El Retiro and processed at the Ayarza Mill near the Santa Rosa, Jalapa, and Jutiapa departments. Yellow and Red Catuai, PacheColis, and Red and Yellow Bourbon varietals were grown at 1800-2000m, and dried on patios for 5-6 days before finishing in a mechanical dryer for 12 hours.
