Region: Worka-Sakaro kebele, Gedeb District, Gedeo Zone, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, Ethiopia

Altitude: 2050-2100 masl

Process: Full natural and sun-dried on raised beds, milled, screened to 15-16 only, and hand picked to zero defects

Nick's Tasting Notes: mango, pineapple, jasmine

Additional comments: I wanted to throw in pawpaw or banana or guanabana in my tasting notes, but I thought those were a bit too obscure for the wheel. After continuing development, this coffee is for sale in our store - as a different roast profile. With some tweaks, I was able to draw out passion fruit, pineapple, and lychee. This bean is also in our Tropical Holiday Blend this year.
